复制鸡动脉粥样硬化(AS)动物模型,以单胺氧化酶(MAO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化脂质(LPO)脂褐素(LF)四项指标探索该合剂对 AS 的防治作用。实验动物(雄性)分对照组和药物组,两组均给胆固醇、动物脂肪和蔗糖的 AS 饲料,其中药物组同时另加由山楂、益母草等组成的山楂合剂。试验16周后,测定上述四项指标。MAO:对照组为44.26(mU/L),
