本文报告中药桂枝汤对小鼠免疫功能的抑制作用。经口服、肌肉注射和腹腔注射不同剂量的桂枝汤,均能明显抑制小鼠的 PFC、SRFC、BSA 诱导的迟发型超敏反应,以及对 ConA 和 LPS 的增殖反应。进一步的研究表明,桂枝汤有明显抑制小鼠脾细胞产生IL-2的作用,这可能是桂枝汤免疫抑制作用的主要机制。

英文摘要:

In this paper the immunosuppressive effects of Gui Zhi Tang(a famous Chinese medicine)on the murine immune functions are reported.Varying dosages of Gui Zhi Tang administrated orally,i.p. and i.m.were able to inhibit the amounts of PFC,SRFC and the DTH response induced by BSA and the proliferation response of murine spleen cells to Con A and LPS.Further studies showed that Gui Zhi Tang had the inhibitory effect on Interteukin-2 production of murine spleen cells,which might be one of the mechanisms leading to the immunosuppressive effects of Gui Zhi Tang.
