| 黄芪治疗慢性肝炎肝郁脾虚型38例和肝肾阴虚型26例,治后临床（症状和肝功能改善）有效率两型分别为92.1%和88.5%,均优于对照组（P<0.05）。肝郁脾虚型血清激素水平 T8、女性 E和男性 T 治后（分别为1.40±1.38ng/dl、129.30±1.23pg/ml 和496.24±1.47ng/d1）比治前（分别为1.22±1.49ng/dl、104.60±1.45pg/ml 和398.17±1.55ng/dl）明显升高（P 均<0.05）,PRL 治后（2.75±4.46ng/ml）则比治前（3.20±3.82ng/ml）明显下降（P<0.05）。对血清 FSH、LH、TSH,T4、T3U 和 F 值均无明显调节作用。 |

| 67 cases of chronic hepatitis were treated with Radix Astragali.After treatment（2-month course）,the clinical improvement rates in 38 cases of the Gan-Yu Pi-Xu（肝郁脾虚）type and in 26 cases of the Gan-Shen Yin-Xu（肝肾阴虚）type were 92.1% and 88.5% respectively,more effective than that of the control group（P<0.05）.The regulative effect to the levels of serum hormone was observed in the patients of Gan-Yu Pi-Xu type with this medicine.The results showed that the levels of serum T3,E2（female）andT（male）were increased after treatment（1.40±1.38 ng/dl,129.30±1.23 pg/ml and 496.24±1.47 ng/dl respectively）than that before treatment（1.22±1.49 ng/dl,104.60±1.45 pg/ml and 398.17±1.55 ng/dl respectively,P<0.05）;however,the level of serum PRL（2.75±4.46 ng/ml）was lower after treatment than that（3.20±3.82 ng/ml）before treatment（P<0.05）.No obvious changes were observed in the levels of serum FSH,LH,TSH,T4;T3U and F after treatment. |
