我们采用山楂益母草合剂,观察鸡胆固醇、血粘度等8项指标及冠状动脉病理变化,探索该合剂对动脉粥样硬化(AS)的防治作用。材料与方法一、材料:(1)实验动物:莱亨鸡(雄性),体重平均为0.84±0.13kg(±S),设对照组和给药组,每组7只,共14只。(2)AS 饲料:胆固醇2%,动物脂肪10%,蔗糖1%,基础饲料87%。(3)合剂:由山楂和益母草按1∶1煎剂,每毫升含生药1g。二、方法:(1)鸡孵化出后4周,称重分笼。对照组和给药组均给 AS 饲料,给药组同时喂山楂益母草合剂,剂量按鸡体重计算,每日每公斤体重喂1g,混在少量饲料中食用。饲养16周,对照组体重为2.43

英文摘要:

Two groups of cocks were divided into controls and medications.High lipid food was given to both groups.The medications were given mixture of Hawthorn and Motherworn.The effect on prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis with the mixture was observed.The results showed that cholesterol,β-lipidprotein,triglyceride,blood sugar,whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,electro- phoresis of red cell and fibrinogen in the medications were statistically lower than that in the controls.The results confirms the effect of the mixture on the prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis in the pathology section of coronary artery.
