| 本文报告采用中西医结合方法对91例外阴营养不良患者进行临床治疗及实验室研究,结果表明,患者组血清黄体生成素（LH）浓度明显低于对照组（P<0.01）,促卵泡素（FSH）浓度明显高于对照组（P<0.01）,血清雌二醇（E2）排卵期、滤泡期水平均明显低于对照组（P<0.01、<0.05）、孕酮（P）水平排卵期明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。阴道及小阴唇脱落细胞角化指数低于对照组。治愈组血青中 LH 浓度升高明显高于患病组（P<0.01）,近似于正常对照组水平（P>0.05）;FSH 浓度下降明显低于患者组（P<0.01）,与对照组无差异（P>0.05）;阴道及小阴唇脱落细胞角化指数明显升高近于正常对照组。 |

| This paper intend to introduce the therapeutic method of combining TCM and WM as well as the laboratory study to 91 patients with malnurished vulvae.The results showed that the concentra- tion of the luteinizing hormone（LH）in the patients’ serum was evidently lower than that in the control group（P<0.01）.The concentration of follicle-stimulating hormone（FSH）was evidently higher than that of the control group（P<0.01）.The serum LH of the patients in cured group tended to be higher,and approximated to normal level（P>0.05）;the concentration of FSH got lower,and reached to normal level（P>0.05）.The estradiol（E2）levels in the serum during the ovulation period and follicular period were obviously lower than that in the control group（P<0.01;P<0.05）.The progesterone（P）level during the ovulation period was lower than that in the control group（P<0.05）. The keratose index of the cast-off cells from the,labium minus of the vagina in the test group was lower than that in the control group,but it was obviously higher in the cured group,and approximat- ed to normal control group. |
