笔者自1988年6月以来,用三联疗法治疗肋端综合征,疗效满意,现将资料记录较完整的28例报告如下。临床资料 28例中,男7例,女21例。年龄最小23岁,最大69岁,平均35.78岁。急性2例,余系慢性病例。病程3天~6年。皆有重体力劳动或剧烈活动后发病史。胸廓局部疼痛及牵涉性反应为主要临床表现,疼痛于前上胸部者18例,于软肋弓者6例,于胸骨中下段及腋肋部者各2例。牵引性反应症状为本症临床突出表现的形式,由于同脏器位置重叠及远程反应等,极易发生混淆性的
