| 本文采用阻抗法,经双盲对照,测定了98例心虚证患者的心脏血流动力学变化。通过心虚证组与健康对照组、肺虚证、脾虚证、肾虚证组的对比研究,观察到只有心虚证组有不同程度的血流动力学异常,其变化程度为:气阴两虚>心阳虚>心气虚>心阴虚。当 SV、CO、CI、SI、HI、C、EF 降低及 TPR 增加时,临床可见心虚证的证候。所测参数可作为心虚证诊断的重要依据及评价心虚证疗效的客观定量指标。 |

| In this paper,hemodynamic changes of 254 subjects were observed by using impedance cardio- gram in a double-blind control method.The subjects were divided into 5 groups:heart-asthenia syndrome(98 cases),lung-asthenia syndrome(23 cases),spleen-asthenia syndrome(23 cases),kidney- asthehia syndrome(10 cases)and normal group(100 cases).The results showed that hemodynamic abnormalities occured in the patients with heart-asthenia syndrome only,the changed regularities were that deficiency of both vital energy and Yin(阴)>deficiency of heart-Yang(阳)>deficiency of heart-energy>deficiency of heart-Yin.When stroke volume(SV),cardiac output(CO),cardiac index (CI),stroke volume index(SVI),heather index(HI),vascular compliance(C)and ejective fraction (EF)were decreased and total peripheral resistance(TPR)and systolic time interval(STI)were increased,the signs and heart-asthenia syndrome c(?)ld be found in clinical practice.In conclusion, the above parameters had certain diagnostic value for heart-asthenia syndrome and could be subjective quantitative indices for evaluating effects of treating the heart-asthenia syndrome. |
