| 本研究根据1988年北京血瘀证研究国际会议制订的血瘀证诊断参考标准,结合实验室检测的多项指标输入电脑进行分析。63例逐步回归分析公式判断血瘀程度与临床辨证对照,符合59例,总符合率93.6%。为今后肝病血瘀证分度提供了更为精确的科学诊断。 |

| This study is based on the criteria for diagnosis of Blood Stasis formulated by the internationalconference held in Beijing in 1988. The patient that has one, two, three, and over four items couldbe diagnosed as Ⅰ-, Ⅱ-, Ⅲ-, Ⅳ-degree hepatic Blood Stasis respectively. The data of pathologicfindings from liver biopsy, nail-fold microcirculation. blood rheology, hepatogram, B-ultrasonography and blood biochemical examination were stored in computer to carry on single andmultiple factor analysis in order to evaluate these indexes in the diagnostic value of hepatic BloodStasis. Stepwise regression analysis formula was used to determine the severity, of Blood Stasis. Bysubstitute related data into the formula. methematical model of hepatic Blood Stasis was comparedwith clinical Syndrome Differentiation, it revealed that 59 cases were coincided with each other (93.6%). According to numerical value, the increase and decrease of the pre-and posttherapy. thecurative effect of promoting blood circulation to remove Blood Stasis could be determined to providesome references for diagnosis and treatment of hepatic Blood Stasis and prevention and treatmentof hepatic fibrosis. |
