| 本研究采用益气活血针法治疗缺血性中风32例,观察其临床疗效和治疗前后甲皱微循环、血液流变学指标的变化。结果:临床总有效率为93.75%,气虚血瘀型缺血性中风患者针前甲皱微循环明显异常,血液流变学指标出现异常增高现象,治疗后随着甲皱微循环、血液流变学指标的改善,临床症状和体征也得到相应好转,表明本法有改善微循环,改变患者血液"高凝状态"的作用,从而促进受损脑组织功能的恢复。 |

| 32 cases of ischemic apoplexy were treatd by acupuncture using the principle of replenishing Qiand promoting blood circulation. The clinical efficacy and the change of nail-fold microcirculationand hemorheology before and after the treatment were observed. Result: The total effective was 93.75%. Before the treatment, the microcirculation of nail-fold was markedly abnormal, and thecriteria of hemorheology was abnormally elevated. But after the treatment, together with therecovery of nail-fold microcirculation and hemorheology, the clinical symptom and sign of thepatients also improved. Thus it showed that acupuncture method had the function of changing themicrocirculation and the hypercoagulability of the patients blood, further promote the recovery ofthe function of affected cerebral tissue. |
