      本文由黄芪、川芎、赤芍等中药配伍组成益气活血剂,与活血剂川芎嗪对实验性肝纤维化的防治效果进行对照观察。结果表明:益气活血剂不仅具有活血剂的抗血纤维化的功能,并且提高了机体抗病能力,增强了护肝降酶和抗肝纤维化的作用。

      The experimental hepatic fibrosis was treated with YiQi (reinforcing Qi, YQ) Huoxue (activat-ing blood circulation, HX) principle which was consisted of astragalus membranaceus,Ligusticumwallichii, paeonia lactiflora etc. After stimulation with CCl4 over four months, the Wistar ratdeveloped liver fibrosis. Rats were divided into the normal control, the toxifying control, YQHXgroup and HX group. The experimental period lasted over four months. Renullts: (1) Mortality ofanimal: Both toxifying control and HX group reached 50%, while YQHX group was 16% only. Theseresults suggest that YQHX agents could strengthen the body resistance; (2) The determination ofserum SGPT: The mean levels in toxifying control were 39.3±39, in HX group 43.7±12.9, while inYQHX group 29.0±7.6 (units/Lserum). These reaults indicated that YQHX agents had the functionof protecting the liver and lowering the activity of SGPT (P<0.01), (3) Measuring the contents ofhepatic collages: The mean levels in toxifying control was 38.9±3.3 (mg/g liver), while in HX groupand YQHX group 28.7±2.2 and 22.7±1.1 (mg/g liver) respectively The results indicated that theYQHX agents had the best results in treating hepatic fibrosis: (4) Observation with hepatic histopa-thology: The degree of hepatocyte degeneration and necrosis in YQHX group was milder than thatin toxifying and HX group. These observations revealed that YQHX agents possessed the functionof protecting liver. There was severe liver fibrosis in toxifying control. but the degree of liver fibrosisin YQHX group was significantly milder than that in toxifying control. It has not formed the severefibrosis and false lobulus in YQHX group at all.
