      为探讨冬虫夏草(以下简称虫草)对白血病的作用及抑癌机制,观察了虫草水提液对正常人及白血病患者外周血NK细胞的影响,发现虫草可提高正常人及白血病NK细胞活性,在所使用的剂量范围内(1.56~25mg/ml)呈剂量-效应依赖性(r=0.984,P<0.01;r=0.988,P<0.01)。同时发现虫草可促进淋巴细胞表面CD16抗原的表达,提高与K562细胞的结合率。毒性试验表明对血细胞无毒性作用。认为虫草作为生物反应调节剂用于急性白血病治疗以提高NK细胞活性,值得进一步研究、开发与利用。
英文摘要:
      The effect of Cordycps sinensis (CS) on peripheral NK cells from healthy persons and leukemiapatients were studied. The results showed that CS could argument the NK cell activity, meanwhile,the dose. dependent effect was found within the range of dosage adopted (r=0.984, P<0.01;r=0.988, P<0.01). Furthermore, CS could also improve the CD16 marker expression on lymphocytesand the binding capacity to K562 cells. Cytotoxicity could not present when the PBNCs wereco-incubated with CS. These results suggsted that CS could be exploited and utilized as an approachof biological responsive modifier therapy (BRMT) in the treatment of leukemia.
