      为了系统地研究冬虫夏草对庆大霉素和卡那霉素所造成大鼠急性肾功能衰竭的影响,动态观察了血肌酐、尿素氮、尿溶菌酶、N-乙酰-β-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)以及肾脏病理的变化。首次证明冬虫夏草治疗可明显减轻大鼠急性肾小管损伤程度,并可促使肾衰大鼠的肾功能损伤提早恢复。其机制可能与其减轻肾小管细胞溶酶体毒性损伤,保护细胞膜Na~+-K~+-ATP酶和减少细胞脂质过氧化的作用有关。
英文摘要:
      Nephrotoxic ARF model of rat was induced by IP injection of either Gentamycin or Kanamycinand treated with CS. The results of study showed that the simultaneous administration of CS withGentamycin could protect the proximal tubular cells from Gentamycin toxicity and the use of CSafter the establishment of Kanamycin nephrotoxic ARF could prompt an earlier recovery from ARFas compared with the control group. The possible mechanisms of CS on ARF include: (1) protecting tubular cell sodium pump activity;(2) attenuating tubular cell lysosome overfunction stimulated by phagocytosis of aminoglycoside; (3)decreasing tubular cell lipoperoxidation in response to toxic injury.
