      运用自拟方小儿咳喘灵口服液治疗小儿支气管肺炎、急性支气管炎3O例,临床与实验研究并与青霉素、氨茶碱作为对照(30例)。结果:观察组治愈率26.6%,显效率93.33%;对照组治愈率30%,显效率96.67%,两组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。动物实验结果提示,咳喘灵具有较强的平喘、镇咳、抗菌、退热作用。临床与实验的资料均证实,本方不失为治疗小儿支气管肺炎、急性支气管炎的有效方剂。

      Xiao Er Ke Chuan Ling Oral Liquid(KCL) is a Chinese herbal preparation consisted of 10 herbs such as Prunus armeniacae, Scutelaria baicalensis. Lonicera japonica etc. 30 children suffering frombronchopneumonia and/or acute bronchitis were treated with KCL (treated group) and another 30cases were treated with penicillin and aminophyllin (control group). Results: cure rate and effectiverate in treated group was 26.6%, and 93.3% respectively While in control group was 30% and 96.6%respectively. No significant differences were seen between them(P>0.05). The pharmacodynamicexperiment showed KCL had potent pharmacological action. The experiment on tracheal fragmentof Guinea pig in vitro showed it caused moderately strong smooth muscle ralaxation, throughinhibition the effect of histamine and acetylcholine Asthma induction experiment of Guinea pig invivo showed KCL could significantle prolong the latent period of asthma and alleviate asthmaticsymptom. Ammonium water cough induction experiment in mice swed it may apparently prolong cough latent period and reduce times of cough ralapse and alleviate cough Symptom. KCL had potentantipyreic effect on fever model induced by triple vaccine in rabbits. Bacteriostatic and antiviralexperiment in vitro showed the drug had quite strong inhibitory effects for Streptococcushemolyticus, Staphylococcus aureus, Flexners Dysentery bacillus, Diplococcus pneumoniae andPseudomonas aeruginosa, and it could potently inhibit the respiratory syncytial virus. KCL is aneffective drug in treating bronchopneumonia and acute bronchitis.
