| 为了研究参茜固经冲剂作用机理,本文收集参茜固经冲剂治疗的原发性月经过多患者37例,按中医辨证分血瘀为主和气虚为主两组,测定其治疗前后月经失血量、子宫内膜和月经血前列腺素PGE2,PGF2α,6-Keto-PGF1α及TXB2含量。结果总有效率84.8%,月经血量平均减少30.7%;患者子宫内膜及月经血TXB-2均高于正常妇女,但不同中医分型PGE2表现不同,以血瘀为主者PGE2低于正常,气虚为主者PGE2高于正常。治疗后血瘀组TXB2降低,PGE2升高,气虚组PGE2及TXB2均降低,呈双相反应。结果提示,本制剂对子宫局部前列腺素有双相调节作用,药物的治疗作用可能与子宫局部前列腺素的平衡恢复有关。 |

| Shen Qian Gujing Granule, a Chinese herbal preparation has shown its efficacy of 87.7% in treating monorrhagia. PGE2, PGE2α, TXB2, and 6-Keto-PGF1α Ievels were measured in the endo- metrium and menstrual blood of both normal menstrual women and patient with menorrhagia beforeand after the treatment. Local TXB2 values of endometrial and menstrual blood were significantlyhigher in menorrhagia patients than that in normal subjects（P<0.05）. And the local PGE2, valueswere higher in patients accompanied with Qi Deficiency （P<0.05） and lower in patients without QiDeficiency （P<0.05）. After the treatment, the local TXB2, PGE2 levels normalized. It suggests thatShen Qian Gujing Granule had a biphasic regulation on local PG values which yields good results formenorrhagia. Some mechanism were discussed. |
