| 本文介绍清代宫廷著名医方御制平安丹预防晕动病的研究。结果表明,御制平安丹有较好的镇吐、镇静、解除胃肠痉挛、保护胃粘膜和抑制多种肠道致病菌生长的作用。临床对274例受试者观察结果表明,本品预防晕动病的效果优于乘晕宁和不服药组(P<0.05～0.01)。无乘晕宁致疲乏、口干、嗜睡的副作用,服后舒适感较较强。 |

| Royal Made Ping An Dan(PAD) is a royal clandestine prescription of the Qing Dynasty Imperialhospital for emperors, empresses, ministers, imperial maids and eunuchs. Experimental studyconfirmed; (1) PAD had apparent peripheral effect in inhibiting vomiting and improving mental state(P<0.05). (2) PAD possesed markedly sedative effect(P<0.05). (3) PAD was able to strengthen thedefence ability of gastric mucosa and decreased its damage induced by chemical irritation. (4) PADcould markedly relieve the spasm of intesinal smooth muscle in vitro. (5) PAD could inhibit thegrowth of common pathogenic bacteria in intestine and stomach such as B. coli and. B. dysenteriae.(6) The study of toxicology suggested PAD was safe for clinical use. The clinical results showed that PAD possesed the effect in preventing 274 persons on motion sickness. The total effective rateof PAD group was 83.9%, While that of Dramamine group was 60.8%. PAD revealed better effectthan that of Dramamine. Therefore, the authors realize that PAD is a better preventive drug. formotion sickness. |
