中文摘要:

舌诊对中医临床辨证有较大价值,部分病例通过望舌即可得出一定的诊断依据。然而,临床仍沿用几千年的传统方法,采用肉眼观察,凭经验判断,这种诊察方法必然受到观察者主观条件(包括视觉条件)和周围照明条件的影响。所以,对舌象进行望诊辨色的客观化研究一直是中西医临床工作者十分重视的课题。本项工作是采用光电积分法首次开展对200例人体不同舌象(包括舌质、舌苔、舌苔指数)作色度学定量分析,现将结果报道如下。

英文摘要:

Photoelectricity integration was applied to detect and analyse the colorimetric tongue picturesin 200 human beings. The results showed that among various tongue pictures there were evidentdifferences in colorimetric features. This method could also assess the thickness of tongue coating,thus obtaining the colorimetric features including color of tongue proper, color of coating as well asthickness index in common tongue pictures. Therefore it might provide scientific basis for objectiveand quantitative assessment of tongue pictures in TCM.
