| 以多普勒超声仪测定涩脉患者及滑脉孕妇寸口脉的血流量(F)、血流速度(V)及寸口脉管腔内径(D)的变化,并分别设健康对照组作对比,结果,与健康人相比,涩脉患者F、V、D值均明显减小(P<0.001),滑脉者V、D值明显增大(P<0.001),F值也略增大(P>0.05),为"涩脉是血瘀证的重要体征"提供了客观依据。进一步对涩脉患者舌象进行分光定量测定,结果涩脉患者红光、橙黄光较健康人减低,而绿光、蓝光、紫光增加(P<0.05～0.001),且紫光与F、V呈负相关,红光、橙黄光与F、V呈正相关,提示涩脉多与紫暗舌并见,两者互参更利于血瘀证的诊断。 |

| The volume of blood flow (F), its velocity(V) and the internal diameter (D) of patients withuneven pulse (PUP) were determined and compared with control. Results: The F, V and D of PUPwere significantly less than those of control respectively(P<0.001). It provided objective basis forBlood Stasis. Furthermore, the value of spectrum of tongue of PUP were measured. Values of redand orange ray of PUP were less, while those of green and blue ray were more than those of normalsubjects respectively. The value of purple ray were negative correlated with F and V. The values ofred and orange ray were correlated with F and V. It revealed that uneven pulse and Purple tongueexisted simultaneously in majority. Combination of the two signs was in favour of the diagnosis ofblood Stasis. |
