      采用结扎大鼠左冠脉前降支造成急性心肌缺血模型,本文首次报道了复方丹参对急性缺血心肌磷脂肌醇代谢的影响。结果显示:急性缺血10 min,心肌磷脂肌醇信息传递系统功能增强,其磷脂酰肌醇-4,5-二磷酸(PIP2)和肌醇-1,4,5-三磷酸(IP3)水平明显高于非缺血对照组(P<0.01,n=7)。复方丹参(2g/kg体重)能显著抑制急性缺血导致的心肌PIP2和IP3水平的升高,其PIP2和IP3水平显著低于缺血组(P<0.01,n=7)
英文摘要:
      The effects of Salvia miltiorrhizae compositae (SMC) on phosphoinositides metabolism of acutemyocardial ischemia in rats were studied. The results showed that the function of the phos-phoinositide signaling system was enhanced 10 min. after acute myocardial ischemia. Both of theaccumulations of phosphatidylinositol-4,5-biphosphate (PIP2) and inositol-1,4,5-triphosphate (IP3)were higher than, those of the non-ischemic control group (P<0.01, n=7). The rise of the levels ofPIP2 and IP3 caused by acute myocardial ischemia was remarkablely inhibited by the SMC (2g/kgbody wt.), and the levels of PIP2 and IP3 were lower than those of the ischemic group (P<0.01, n=7).
