      本实验通过在大鼠输卵管腔内注入15%苯酚糊剂建立输卵管炎性阻塞模型,观察毛冬青甲素对该模型组织学和血液流变学的影响,旨在探讨毛冬青甲素对输卵管炎性阻塞的防治作用。结果表明:毛冬青甲素能抑制输卵管炎所致的结缔组织增生,对抗粘膜上皮的变性坏死,抑制炎症的浸润。用药组与对照组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05~0.01)。同时,造模大鼠经用药后其血液比粘度、红细胞电泳率、红细胞聚集指数等指标显著改善。为毛冬青甲素治疗输卵管炎性阻塞提供了初步依据。
英文摘要:
      Ilexonin A, a new drug in improving the blood circulation and microcirculation, is extractedfrom Ilicis pubescentis. The preventive and therapeutic effects of Ilexonin A on chemical salpingitisinduced tubal obstruction (CSTO) with morphological and hemorheological change in rats wasstudied. Results showed that Ilexonin A was effective in treating CSTO by oppositing the degenera-tion and necrosis of epithelium, inhibiting the hyperplasia of connective tissue, and reducing theinfiltration of inflammatory cells. The improvement of morphology was more significant in treatedgroups than that in controls (P<0.05-0.01). The indices concerning model rat’s hemorheology werealso analysed between treated groups and controls. It indicated that Ilexonin A could improve theviscosity of blood and aggregation of red blood cells. It is suggested Ilexonin A could promote theabsorption of inflammatory substances as a result of improving hemorheology.
