      本研究采用电生理学方法,应用微机处理小肠生物电技术,观察和记录了25%黄芪煎剂(1ml/kg)给清醒、健康、空腹的狗灌胃后,小肠消化间期综合肌电的变化情况。发现给黄芪后十二指肠的Ⅱ相时程延长,空肠的Ⅰ相时程缩短,而Ⅱ相及总周期的时程延长,峰电位增多。提示黄芪具有增强小肠(主要是空肠)运动和平滑肌紧张度的效应。

      Astragalus membranaceus (AM) is one of the important Chinese medicinal herbs which arewidely used and well known for its invigoration of vital energy. In the present experiment, the cycleduration of interdigestive myoelectric complex (Ⅱ)MEC) and the durations of every phase wereobserved electrophysiologically before and after the 25% concentrated solution (1ml/kg) wasinstilled into the empty stomach of the healthy, awakened dog. Signals of IDMEC were recorded bymicrocomputer. No significant change was found in duodenum in each criteria except for phasewhich became slightly longer (P< 0.05). While in jejunum the shortening of phase Ⅰ and theprolonging of phase Ⅱ were both significant (P< 0.01) and the cycle duration was also extended (P< 0.05) as well as increase of action potential on phase Ⅱ and within the cycle (P< 0.05), with phaseⅢ and Ⅳ remained unchanged (P> 0.05). These results indicated that AM could strengthen themovement and muscle tonus in intestine (esp. in jejunum) and might serve as the scientific evidencesto elucidate the effects of AM on the movements in digestive tracts.
