      本文报道人参茎叶总皂甙(GSL)对58例急性非淋巴细胞白血病(急非淋白血病)细胞诱导分化作用的研究结果。其中原粒细胞白血病M19例,M215例,早幼粒细胞白血病M-312例,粒单细胞白血病M414例,单核细胞白血病M58例。结果表明:GSL对各型原代培养的急非淋白血病细胞均有不同程度的诱导分化作用,对急性粒单及单核细胞白血病细胞的诱导分化作用较强。除8例外,50例诱导后的细胞均表现出程度不同的形态学、功能及细胞化学方面的改变。这一研究结果提示,GSL可能成为治疗急性白血病的有效分化诱导剂。
英文摘要:
      Ginsenosides are the main active component of Panax ginseng. It has been shown that gin-senosides have antineoplastic, antiaging, immunologic function enhancing and other pharmacologicalactions. In this article, result of experimental studies showed ginsenosides extracted from stem andleaf of Panax ginseng (GSL) has inductive differentiation effect on all types of acute non-lymphocytic leukemia cells in primary culture. The effect on M5, M4 was most potent, followed byM1, M2 and the least, on M3. Through analysis, it was considered that the inductive differentiationeffect of ginsenosides might be due to the Comprehensive effect of increasing intracellular cAMP andinducing interferon. Since GSL have some other important actions, therefore, if it could be used asa differentiation inducer in clinical practice or combined with other antineoplastic drugs, it wouldshow co-antineoplastic actions in many aspect.
