| 检测１０５例慢性支气管炎患者及３６例健康人血、支气管肺灌洗液（ＢＡＬＦ）中皮质醇，并以皮质激素抑制肺泡巨噬细胞（ＡＭ）分泌血栓素Ｂ２（ＴＸＢ２）及与其中医辩证分型的关系进行探讨。结果表明：（１）慢性支气管炎各证型血中皮质醇含量与健康对照组比较无明显差异，但肺气虚证、肺阴虚证ＢＡＬＦ中皮质醇含量明显低于健康人。（２）皮质激素对慢性支气管炎各证型ＡＭ分泌ＴＸＢ２抑制作用远低于健康人。总之，不同证型慢性支气管炎ＢＡＬＦ中皮质醇含量及其对ＡＭ的抑制作用有明显差别。 |

| Serum cortisol levels and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF) from 105 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) and 36 normal subjects were examined and the relationship between cortisol inhibiting the TXB2 secreted by alveolar macrophage(AM) and the theory of Syndrome Differentiation in TCM was explored. Results showed:(1) No significant differences were found between chronic bronchitis and normal subjects on cortisol levels in serum, but in BALF,cortisol levels was significantly lower in Lung Qi Deficiency when compared with that in normal subjects.(2) the levels of cortisol inhibiting the TXB2 secreted by AM which were signficantly lower in chronic bronchitis when compared with that in control. In short, the amount and function of cortisol in BALF were significantly different in various syndromes in TCM of chronic bronchitis. |
