运用频谱分析的方法，对初练站桩功与不练气功的大学生进行了１年的对比观察。练功者练功１年后，两颞区α指数显著升高（Ｐ＜０．０５），右额及右颞的β指数明显下降（Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示，练功者练站桩功后，脑电有较高的同步化趋势，整个大脑的有序化程度提高。这是一个逐步调整的过程。

英文摘要:

Using spectrum analysis method,the electroencephalogram(EEG)changes of the students who first learned Zhanzhuang Qigong in comparing with the students who did not practice at all were observed,over a period of one year.The results showed that the spectrum of EEG did not change significantly after half year training,but one year later,the α index of right frontal and right temporal regions decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the β index of right frontal and right temporal regions decreased significantly(P<0.05).It was indicated that there was a higher tendency of EEG synchyonization,the brain activity changed from"active"to"harmonious"and"calm".It was a gradually adjusting process.
