| 通过对７７例健康老年人进行血瘀证的调查，并与３５例健康青年人作对照，结果发现５１．７９％的健康人群有血瘀证出现，不同年龄组血瘀证检出率有非常显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．００５）。同时随年龄增长，血瘀证检出率呈递增变化规律。采用发色底物分析法检测血浆组织型纤溶酶原激活剂（ｔ－ＰＡ）及其抑制物（ＰＡＩ）的活性及Ｐ／ｔ比值。结果显示：老年前期及老年期血浆ｔ－ＰＡ活性均明显高于青年人（Ｐ均＜０．０１）。而ＰＡＩ活性各年龄组均无显著差异，Ｐ／ｔ比值老年人显著下降（Ｐ＜０．０５）。实为老年机体对抗高凝状态的生理代偿反应，对促使老年人维持生理平衡有极其重要的意义。 |

| According to the blood stasis survey of 77 healthy subjects in presenile geriatric period, in comparison with 35 healthy young people, it was found the 51.79% of healty subjects had blood stasis. The detectable rate were significantly different among various age groups(P<0.005), and the rate increase was age-dependent. Chromogenic peptide substrate analytical method was used to detect plasma tissue plasminogen activator(t-PA), tissue plasminogen activator inhibitor (PAI) activity and ratio of P/t. The result revealed that the activity of plasma t-PA in presenile geriatric perlod subjects was significantly higher than that of young people(P< 0.01). but the activity of PAI had no difference in various age groups, and the ratio of P/t was markedly decreased. It showed that this was the physiological compensatory reaction of aging organism against hypercoagulability, and it was an effective way to maintain the physiological balance of the aged. |
