      对辨证属肝血虚证的缺铁性贫血和慢性再生障碍性贫血患者分别进行红细胞膜ATP酶活性及耗氧率的检测。结果表明,肝血虚证患者红细胞膜Mg2+-ATP酶、Na-K-ATP酶及Ca2+-ATP酶活性均显著低于健康对照组(P均<0.01),红细胞耗氧率亦较健康对照组降低(P<0.01)。提示肝血虚证患者红细胞膜ATP酶活性与红细胞耗氧率低下,以致能量代谢减退。

      The adenosine triphosphatase (ATPase) activity and oxygen consumption rate (OCR) of erythrocyte membrane were determined in patients of iron-deficiency anemia or chronic aplastic anemia with Liver-Blood Deficiency Syndrome (LBDS) diagnosed by Differentiation of TCM. Results showed that the ATPase activity of patients (Mg ̄(2+)-ATPase, Na ̄(+)-K ̄(+)-ATPase and Ca ̄(2+)-ATPase) lowered very significantly, P < 0 . 01, and OCR also decreased significantly, P < 0 . 05, as compared with normal control. It suggested that both the ATPase activity and OCR of erythrocyte membrane were reduced in LBDS patients, thus to cause the energy hypometabolism.
