| 对家兔臂、曲池、环跳及风市穴进行针刺或电针（每日１次、隔日１次及每周２次），１０次为１个疗程。疗程结束当天、１周、２周及４周取下针刺部位肌肉组织，镜下观察出血、肌肉断裂、变性、坏死、肉芽化、肌肉再生、细胞核变化及疤痕化８项变化。结果：对照组未经任何针刺者肌肉组织正常；单纯针刺组无坏死及疤痕化变化，其他６项发生率比电针组低；电针组有上述８项变化，发生率为每周电针２次＜隔日电针１次＜每日电针１次。显示针刺频率高、针刺剂量大，对肌肉组织的伤害亦大。 |

| Twenty-four New Zealand rabbits were treated with manual acupuncture or electro-acupuncture of different frequency (once every day, once every other day and twice a week) on acupoints as Binao (Lll4),.Quchi(Llll), Huantiao (G30) and Fengshi (G31) for 10 times as one therapeutic course. Muscular tissues of the acupoint were taken at the very day of the ending and l, 2, 4 weeks after electro-acupuncture experimental courses respectively, and observed under microscope through fixation, section and stain. Eight aspects of histopathologic change were noticed, they were: hemorrhage, myorrhexis, degeneration, necrosis, granulation, regeneration, nuclear change and scar formation. Results showed no change in muscular tissue of untreated control group. In manual acupuncture group, there were changes of milder degree than occurred in electro-acupuncture groups and no necrosis or scar formation was found. As for electro-acupuncture groups, the & aspects of change were all exist but the occurrence depended on the frequency of acupuncture, that is, the occurrence of acupuncture once every other day group was lower than that of once every day group and higher than that of twice a week group. This study indicated the higher the frequency and the larger the dosage of acupuncture, the severer the muscular damage yielded. |
