本研究观察了２０例急性创伤患者外周血血清中触珠蛋白（ＨＰ）、白蛋白（Ｐａｌｂ）、转铁蛋白（ＴＦ）及α－酸性糖蛋白（α－ＡＧ）４种急性期反应蛋白含量变化及中药制剂益体能合剂对其变化的影响。结果显示，伤后２周内ＨＰ及α－ＡＧ显著性增高，而Ｐａｌｂ及ＴＦ均显著性降低，说明创伤后２周内机体蛋白代谢呈紊乱状态。经口服益体能合剂后，４种蛋白含量均有不同程度恢复，提示该制剂对急性期蛋白的代谢有一定调理作用。

The levels of acute phase reaction protein(ARP)──haptoglobin(HP),plasma albumin(Palb),transferrin(TF)and α-acid glycoprotein(α-AG),and the effect of Beneficial Mixture for Body Immune Function(BMBIF),were studied in 20 cases with acute injury.The results were shown that the metabolism of the protein of traumatic body was in disorder:the levels of HP and α-AG significantly increased,while the levels of Palb and TF obviously decreased.After the treatment of BMBIF,the ARP recovered to a certain extent.This proved that BMBIF could adjust the disorder of ARP metabolism.
