      目的:为了探讨中药扶正方对红细胞免疫系统的作用机理。方法:本研究运用Lewis肺癌小鼠模型,观察了中药扶正方对小鼠Lewis肺癌的疗效,以及对红细胞免疫系统功能的影响。结果:中药扶正方治疗小鼠kwis肺癌,能抑制肿瘤生长,稳定病灶,提高荷瘤小鼠生存质量;能提高红细胞C_3b受体活性,降低红细胞免疫复合物含量,提高红细胞免疫粘附肿瘤细胞能力,增强血清红细胞免疫粘附促进因子活性.降低抑制因子活性;并设立化疗组进行比较,差异显著。结论:中药扶正方对小鼠Lewis肺癌具有明显疗效,其作用机理与提高荷瘤小鼠红细胞免疫系统功能有关。
英文摘要:
      To observe the therapeutical effeCt of Fuzhengfang (FZF). Methods: Therapeuticeffect of FZF herbs on mice with Lewis lung cancer was observed, and its regulation on function ofred blood cell immune system of the mice was also studied. Results: FZF herbs could inhibit thegrowth of tumor, and increase the weight of mice with Lewis lung cancer. The quality of life of themice was improved after treatment with FZF herbs. FZF herbs could increase the activity of redbind cell C3b receptors, reduce the quantity of red bital cell immune complexes, elevate the immuneadherent function of red blood cells to tumor cells, raise activity of red bind cell immune adherentenhancing factors in serum, and lower the activity of red blood cell immune adherent inhibitory fac 0tors. Chemotherapy could inhibit the growth of tumor, but decrease the weight of mice with Lewislung cancer. The quality of life of the mice was decreased aft6r chemotherapy. Chemotherapy couldreduce the activity of red bind cell C3b receptors, increase the quantity of red bind cell immunecomplexes, depress the immune adherent function of red blood cells to tumor cells 9 lower the activityof red blood cell immune adherent enhancing factors in serum, and raise the activity of red blood cellimmune adherent inhibitory factors in serum. There was a significant difference between FZF herbsand chemotherapy. Conclusion: FZF heral have a peitive therapeutic effect in mice with Lewis lungcancer, and its mechanism might be associated with improving function of red blood cell immune sys tem of mice with Lewis lung cancer.
