      目的:评估骨松Ⅱ号治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的疗效,并试图揭示其机理。方法:以35例年龄49~62岁、绝经时间5.6年的绝经后骨质疏松症妇女为治疗对象,于治疗后6~9个月、1~2年分期随访。疗程6个月~2年1个月不等,平均疗程为1年2个月。治疗前后作血雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)、晨尿Ca/Cr、24h尿Ca/Cr、24h尿E2、24h尿羟脯氨酸(HOP)等生化指标的测定。结果:治疗6~9个月及治疗1~2年后,血及24h尿E2显著升高,治疗1~2年后血T与尿Ca/Cr显著下降。血E2、24h尿E2分别与晨尿Ca/Cr、血T、24h尿Ca/Cr、24h尿HOP治疗前后变化值呈显著相关。结论:骨松Ⅱ号具有提高绝经后妇女血E2水平、降低尿Ca/Cr及24h尿HOP、抑制骨吸收的作用;其升高血E2水平的作用,可能与促进T向E2的转化有关。

      Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of Cusong Ⅱ for postmenopausal osteoporsis,and try to reveal its mechanism. Methods: Thirty-five women, 49 to 62 years old, with 5.6 years menopause were treated as the subjects and followed for 6~9 months, 1~2 years.The course of treatment ranged from 6 months to 2 years and 1 month, and the average treatment pened was 1 year and 2 months. Some related biochemical markers, such as serum estradiol (E2), testosterone (T), lasting morning urinary Ca/Cr, 24h urinary Ca/Cr,24h urinary E2, 24h urinary hydroxyproline (HOP), were measured before and after treatment. Results: After 6~9 months or 1~2 years, the levels of serum E2 and 24h urinary E2 were raised significantly, while the levels of serum T and urinary Ca/Cr reduced evidently after 1- or 2- year treatment. The levels of serum E2 and 24h urinary E2 were significantly correlated with levels of lasting morning urinary and 24h urinary Ca/Cr, serum T, 24h urinary HOP respectively.Conclusion: Gusong-Ⅱ could elevate the serum E2 levels of postmenopausal women, reduce the discharge of urinary Ca/Cr and HOP, inhibit the bone resorption. The rose of the serum E2 level might be correlated with the converison of T into E2.
