      目的 :观察中西医结合治疗小鼠柯萨奇B3(CVB3)病毒性心肌炎 (VMC)的疗效。方法 :腹腔接种CVB3病毒液以建立VMC模型。随机等分为对照、黄芪、牛磺酸和辅酶Q1 0 (CoQ1 0 )单独用药组及黄芪分别加牛磺酸、CoQ1 0 治疗组以及三药联合治疗组。观察 7组在死亡率、心电图、心肌中CVB3RNA含量及心肌形态学改变差别。结果 :黄芪联合牛磺酸和CoQ1 0 治疗可明显降低小鼠的死亡率及急性期异常心电图的发生率 ;黄芪具有一定的抗病毒能力 ,联合牛磺酸后抗病毒能力增强。而CoQ1 0 则无明显抗病毒作用 ;三种药物均可减轻心肌的病变程度 ,尤以三药联合的作用为好。结论 :黄芪、牛磺酸和CoQ1 0 对VMC小鼠均有一定的疗效 ,联合使用可使疗效增强。

      Objective: To clarify the effects of Astragalus Membranaceus (AM) combined with taurine and/or coenzyme Q 10 (CoQ 10 ) on coxsackievirus B3 (CVB 3)murine myocarditis. Methods: Viral myocarditis model was created by intraperitoneal inoculation with CVB 3 solution and were treated by saline, AM, taurine, CoQ 10 , AM+taurine, AM+CoQ 10 , AM+taurine+CoQ 10 , respectively. The mortality, ECG, CVB 3 RNA in myocardium and myocardial histopathologic changes were observed. Results: AM combined with taurine and CoQ 10 could significantly reduce the mortality of the mice and the incidence of abnormal ECG at acute stage. CVB 3 RNA was significantly reduced in AM treated group, especially in AM+taurine group. No anti virus effect was found in CoQ 10 group. All drugs could lighten myocardial histopathologic changes and the effect could be enhanced by combined treatment. Conclusions: AM, taurine and CoQ 10 have some curative effects on CVB 3 murine myocarditis, AM combined with taurine and CoQ 10 is the best.
