      目的:观察比较中药肝豆片Ⅰ号与二巯基丁二酸胶囊(DMSA)治疗肝豆状核变性的疗效。方法:94例患者随机分为两组,A组32例予肝豆片Ⅰ号治疗,B组62例予DMSA治疗,两组均治疗4周。以改良Goldstein分级法作疗效判断。结果:A组总有效率(719%)与B组(774%)相似(P>005);但B组不良反应发生率高于A组(P<001)。结论:肝豆片Ⅰ号低毒、高效,更适宜长期口服,用于治疗肝豆状核变性安全、有效。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To compare the effects of Gandou Ⅰ (GD, a Chinese herbal preparation) and dimercaptosuccinate acid (DMSA) in treating Wilson disease (WD). Methods: Ninety four patients with WD were divided into 2 groups, 32 cases in the GD group and 62 in the DMSA group, they were treated with GD and DMSA respectively. The therapeutic course was 4 weeks for both groups. Modified Goldstein’s Degree was adopted to evaluate the clinical effect. Results: The total effective rate of the GD group was 71.9%, which was similar to that of the DMSA group (77.4%,P>0 05). But the adverse reaction occurred in the latter group was more than that in the former. Conclusion: GD is a low toxic and highly effective drug for long term treatment of WD.
