      目的:观察益寿调脂片对衰老模型小鼠自由基代谢调整作用。方法:利用5%D半乳糖皮下注射40天所致亚急性衰老模型小鼠,造模同时分别给予1%淀粉溶液(空白对照组、衰老模型组)、益寿调脂片溶液(低剂抗衰组、高剂抗衰组)及绞股蓝总甙片(阳性抗衰组)40天后,观察自由基代谢指标如血清丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSHPx)及大脑B型单胺氧化酶(MAOB)、Na+K+ATP酶改善情况。并观察益寿调脂片对不造模小鼠体能及应激能力的影响。结果:与衰老模型组比较,益寿调脂片能显著降低衰老模型小鼠的血清MDA含量及脑组织MAOB活性(P<001),而使血清SOD、GSHPx及脑组织中Na+K+ATP酶活性明显提高(P<001)。并与正常组比较,益寿调脂片能显著提高小鼠抗疲劳及耐缺氧能力,且具一定的量效关系。结论:益寿调脂片能有效的改善衰老机体自由基代谢,是理想而有效的延缓衰老的药物;并为衰老的“脾肾两虚、夹瘀夹痰”的理论提供了有力的实验依据。
英文摘要:
      To observe the effect of Yishou Tiaozhi tablet (YSTZT) on the metabolism of free radical in mice of aging model. Methods: Using the aging model induced by hypodermic injection of 5% D Galactose in mice for forty days. The content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH Px) in serum, activity of monoamine oxidase B (MAO B), Na + K + ATPase in brain were investigated after the treatment. Results: In comparing to the aging model group, it showed that YSTZT could obviously inhibit the increase of level of MDA in serum and the activities of MAO B in brain; and enhance the activities of SOD, GSH Px in serum, and the activities of Na + K + ATPase in brain. Furthermore, YSTZT could obviously elevate the tolerance to fatigue and hypoxia in mice. Conclusions: YSTZT can effectively improve the free radical metabolism of senile body, it is an ideal and effective medicine in preventing aging, which is also one of the experimental basis in proving the theory of “Spleen and Kidney deficiency complicated with stasis and phlegm cause aging”.
