目的 :观察清毒栓治疗宫颈人乳头瘤病毒 (HPV)感染的临床疗效 ,并探讨其作用机理。方法 :对符合纳入标准的 5 2例患者以清毒栓宫颈上药治疗 ,观察治疗前后临床症状、宫颈细胞学、病理学的变化。结果 :5 2例HPV感染患者 ,亚临床型 36例 ,总有效率 86 11% ;临床型 16例 ,总有效率 87 5 0 % ;清毒栓对两型总有效率 86 5 3%。结论 :清毒栓可逆转宫颈HPV感染的细胞学、病理学特征 ,能有效治疗宫颈HPV感染。

英文摘要:

Objective: To study the clinical effect and mechanism of Qingdu suppository (QDS) in treating cervical human papilloma viral infection (HPV). Methods: Fifty two patients with HPV were treated with QDS and the changes of clinical symptoms, cytologic and pathologic examination before and after treatment were observed. Results: The total effective rate in 36 patients of sub clinical type was 86.11% and in 16 of clinical type 87.50%, the total effective rate of QDS on all of them was 86.53%. Conclusion: QDS could reverse the cytologic and pathologic characteristics of HPV, thus to treat it effectively.
