      目的 :研究原发性高血压病患者血压变异与中医体质分类的关系。方法 :12 2例原发性高血压病患者根据中医体质分类分为阳亢质、痰湿质两组 ,比较两组血压负荷和血压变异的特征。结果 :两组夜间收缩压血压变异 (nSBPSD)、夜间舒张压血压变异 (nDBPSD)、夜间平均动脉压血压变异 (nMAPSD)、夜间舒张压下降百分率 (nDBPrr)以及 2 4h平均收缩压 (2 4hDBP)、夜间平均收缩压 (nSBP)、夜间平均舒张压 (nDBP)、夜间平均动脉压 (nMAP)、夜间舒张压均大于正常界限次数的百分率 (nDBPLO) ,两组差异均有显著性。结论 :痰湿质高血压病患者较阳亢质高血压病患者血压昼夜节律减小明显 ,血压负荷增大 ,可能容易发生靶器官损害。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To study the relationship of blood pressure variability and TCM constitution classification in patients with essential hypertension. Methods: One hundred and twenty two patients with essential hypertension were divided, according to their constitution classification of TCM, into the Yang excessive constitution group and the Phlegm Dampness constitution group. The characteristics of overload and variability of blood pressure were compared between the two groups. Results: The two groups were different significantly in such parameters as variabilities of night systolic, night diastolic and night average blood pressure; percentage of night reduction rate of diastolic pressure; mean value of 24 hrs and night diastolic pressure, of night systolic pressure, of night diastolic pressure and of night mean arterial pressure; percentage of night diastolic pressure higher than normal range. Conclusion: As compared with patients of Yang excessive type, patients of Phlegm Dampness type was more significant in blood pressure day night circadian reduction and overload of blood pressure increased, and perhaps it would produce target organs injury more easily.
