      目的 :观察补肾壮骨中药对去卵巢大鼠骨组织及血清白细胞介素 6 (IL 6 )水平的影响 ,探讨其防治骨质疏松的可能机制。方法 :将实验动物随机分成正常对照 (N)组、去卵巢对照 (OVX)组、雌激素治疗(OVX +E2 )组、中药治疗 (OVX +CM )组。各组分别在处理 2、4、6周后留取心脏血 ,并取骨组织培养 4 8h ,用ELISA方法检测骨组织培养液及血清中IL 6含量。结果 :与正常对照组比较 ,OVX组骨组织中IL 6水平随去卵巢时间延长而升高 ,6周时达高峰 ,为 2周时的 2 2 7倍。去卵巢后补充雌激素可降低骨组织中IL 6水平 ,其降低程度在 2周、4周、6周时分别为 5 0 %、70 %、80 % (P <0 0 5 )。补肾壮骨中药亦使IL 6产生减少 ,但效果不及雌激素明显 ;与OVX组比较 ,其降低水平分别为 8%、2 0 %、30 % (P <0 0 5 )。各组血清中IL 6水平随时间延长无明显变化 ,各组间比较 ,差异也无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :补肾壮骨中药对骨组织局部IL 6产生有较强抑制作用 ,但对血清IL 6水平无明显影响。

      Objective: To observe the effect of Bushen Zhuanggu Drugs (CM, the Chinese herbal medicine for reinforcing Shen and strengthening bone) on interleukin 6 (IL 6) in serum and bone tissue of ovariectomized rats, for exploration of the possible mechanism of CM in preventing and treating postmenopausal osteoporosis. Methods: Experimental animals were randomly divided into 4 groups, the normal control group (N), the ovariectomized control group (OVX), the estradiol treated group (OVX+E 2) and the CM treated group (OVX+CM). At the end of the 2nd, 4th and 6th week after treatment, the bone tissues of animals were taken out and cultured for 48 hrs, and their blood collected. IL 6 levels were determined using ELISA. Results: Compared with the normal control group, IL 6 level in bone of OVX group increased along with the duration of the treatment, and reached the peak at the 6th week, with the level 2.27 times that at the 2nd week. Complement of estrogen after ovariectomy can reduce the IL 6 level by 50%, 70%, 80% at the 2nd, 4th and 6th week respectively (P<0 05). Compared with the OVX group, decrease of IL 6 level was seen in OVX+CM group by 8%, 20% and 30% respectively at the three time points (P<0 05). The serum levels of IL 6 were not changed in all groups with the prolongation of duration and were not different significantly among the 4 groups. Conclusion: CM can partly inhibit the IL 6 production in rat′s bone tissue, but have no significant effect on the serum IL 6 level.
