      目的:观察克鼻敏汤对变应性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)的临床疗效及对血中一氧化氮(NO)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量的影响。方法:82例AR患者随机分为克鼻敏汤治疗组和辛芳鼻炎胶囊对照组。治疗组(41例)口服克鼻敏汤每天1剂,10天为1个疗程,连用1~3个疗程;对照组(41例)口服辛芳鼻炎胶囊,疗程为30天;分别于治疗前和治疗结束后取静脉血检测NO和SOD含量,并与健康人进行对照。结果:治疗组总有效率(93%)优于对照组(51%),差异有显著性(x2=17.704,P<0.01);AR患者血清中NO含量明显高于健康对照组,而SOD低于健康对照组(P均<0.01);克鼻敏汤能明显降低血清中NO水平和提高SOD活性(P均<0.01)。结论:克鼻敏汤治疗变应性鼻炎疗效显著;其机理之一可能与降低血清中NO水平和提高SOD活性,清除氧自由基有关。

      Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Kebimin decoction (KD) on allergic rhinitis (AR) and its effect on blood levels of nitric oxide (NO) and superoxie dismutase (SOD) activity. Methods: Eighty-two AR patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treated group and the control group, 41 in each group. To the treated group, KD was given one dose per day for 10 days as one therapeutic course and 1-3 courses were given successively. The control group was treated with Xinfang Rhinitis capsule for 30 days. Blood levels were determined and compared before and after treatment. Results: The total effective rate in the treated group was 93% , which was better than that in the control group (51%), the difference was significant (x2 = 17.704, P< 0.01). Serum level of NO was higher and that of SOD activity was lower in the AR patients than that in healthy persons (P<0.01), KD could significantly lower the former and increase the latter (P<0.01). Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of KD in treating AR was significant, its mechanism might be related with the lowering of NO and increasing of SOD activity in serum, as well as the scavenging of oxygen free radical.
