| 目的探讨参芪扶正注射液对原发性肾病综合征 (PNS)患者肾小管的作用及其机制。方法 80例PNS患者随机分成两组。对照组 4 0例 ,采用常规治疗方法 ,以糖皮质激素为主 ,参芪组 4 0例 ,在常规治疗方法的基础上加用参芪扶正注射液 2 5 0ml静脉滴注 ,每日 1次 ,1个月为 1个疗程 ,观察两组治疗前后血浆白蛋白 (sALB)、2 4h尿蛋白定量、尿视黄醇结合蛋白 (RBP)、尿β2 微球蛋白 (β2 MG)、尿乙酰 β D氨基葡萄糖苷酶 (NAG)浓度的变化及血脂水平。结果参芪组治疗后sALB上升 ,尿RBP、β2 MG、NAG、2 4h尿蛋白定量下降 ,与对照组比较差异均有显著性 (P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5 ) ;两组治疗后血脂水平均比治疗前显著降低(P <0 0 1) ,两组治疗后比较 ,参芪组TC及LDL C显著低于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。结论参芪扶正注射液对PNS患者的肾小管具有保护作用 ,并有降脂作用. |

| ObjectiveTo explore the effect and mechanism o f Shenqi Fuzheng injec tion (SFI) on renal tubule in treating patients with primary nephrotic syndrome (PNS). MethodsEighty patients with PNS were randomly di vided into two groups, 40 patients in the control group were treated by conventional therapy mainly wit h glucocorticoids; 40 patients in the treated group treated by conventional the rapy plus intravenous injection of SFI additionally. The changes of serum albumi n (sALB), urinary protein in 24 hrs (UP/24h), urinary levels of retinal binding protein (RBP), β 2 microglobulin (β 2-MG) and N-acetyl-D-glucosaminidase (NAG) a s well as blood lipids before and after treatment were observed. Result sAfter treatment, level of sALB increased and urinay levels of RBP, β 2-MG, NAG, UP/ 24h decreased in the treated group, as compared with those in the control group, sh owing significant difference (P<0.05 or P<0. 01). Blood lipids level abated signif icantly after treatment in both groups (P<0.01), comparison be tween them, levels of TC and LDL-C in the treated group were significantly lower than those in th e control group (P<0.01). ConclusionSF I has protective effect on renal tubule in patients with PNS, also has effect on lowering blood lipids. |
