| 目的观察银杏叶提取物治疗肺间质纤维化的疗效。方法将 4 5例肺间质纤维化患者随机分为两组 ,治疗组 (30例 )用银杏叶提取物 1g ,每日 3次口服 ;对照组 (15例 )用强的松 30mg ,每日 1次口服 ;两组疗程均为 3个月。观察两组治疗后临床症状、肺功能、动脉氧分压、CT、白介素 6、8(IL-6、IL-8)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)等变化。结果两组疗效比较差异无显著性。两组临床症状、肺功能和动脉氧分压治疗后均改善 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,IL-6、IL- 8和TNF-α治疗后比治疗前显著下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,治疗组肺感染次数少于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论银杏叶提取物治疗肺间质纤维化有一定疗效 |

| observe the effect of ginkgo extract on pulmonary interstitial fibrosis. MethodsForty-five patients with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis were randomly divided into two groups, the treated group (n=30) received ginkgo biloba extract 1 g, three times a day; the control group received prednisone 30 mg, once a day, the therapeutic course for both groups was 3 months. Changes of clinical symptoms, pulmonary function, arterial partial pressure of oxygen, computerized tomography (CT), interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-8 (IL-8) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in the two groups were observed before and after treatment. ResultsThe efficacy of treatment in the two groups showed insignificant difference, clinical symptoms, pulmonary function, arterial partial pressure of oxygen were improved after treatment (P<0.05), and the levels of IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α significantly decreased after treatment as compared with those before treatment in the two groups. The occurrence of pulmonary infection was less in the treated group than that in the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionGinkgo is effective in treating pulmonary interstitial fibrosis. |
