      目的探讨血瘀是否为绝经后骨质疏松症的主要病机之一。方法对60例绝经后骨质疏松症患者进行血瘀临床表现综合评分和血管内皮功能、血小板活化功能等检测,并与30名健康妇女进行对照研究。结果绝经后骨质疏松症患者的血瘀临床表现综合评分,血管内皮功能、血小板活化功能等分子生物学指标与健康妇女比较,差异有显著性(P <0 . 0 5或P <0 .0 1)。结论绝经后骨质疏松症存在着血瘀分子生物学等客观性病理变化,血瘀为绝经后骨质疏松症的主要病机之一。
英文摘要:
      ObjectiveTo investigate whether blood stasis is one of the main causes in the pathogenesis of postmenopausal osteoporosis. MethodsThe clinical manifestation of blood stasis syndrome were comprehensively scored in sixty postmenopausal osteoporosis patients, their vascular endothelial function and platelet activating capacity were also detected, and compared with those in 30 healthy women as control. ResultsThe molecular indexes as vascular endothelial function and platelet activating capacity, as well as comprehensive scores of clinical manifestation of blood stasis syndrome in postmenopausal osteoporosis patients were significantly different to those of healthy women (P<0.05, P<0.01). ConclusionThere is objective molecular pathologic change of blood stasis syndrome in postmenopausal osteoporosis. Blood stasis plays an important role in pathogenesis of postmenopausal osteoporosis.
