目的观察针刺五脏背俞穴治疗慢性疲劳综合征(CFS)的临床疗效。方法电针背俞穴治疗CFS患者40例,观察治疗前后疲劳评定量表(FAI)及精神症状自评量表(SCL90)评分变化。结果FAI及SCL90评分治疗后较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01)。结论电针背俞穴为治疗CFS的有效方法之一。

ObjectiveTo explore the clinical efficacy of electro-acupuncture (EA) on 5-visceral Back-shu points in treating chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS). Methods Fourty patients with CFS were treated by EA on Back-shu points, the changes of scoring by Fatigue Assessment Instrument (FAI) and Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) were observed before and after treatment. ResultsThe scale of FAI and SCL-90 significantly decreased after EA (P<0.01). ConclusionEA on Back-shu points is one of the effective approaches for treatment of CFS.
