      目的探讨黄连解毒汤对胰岛素抵抗大鼠脂质代谢、瘦素和抵抗素的影响。方法观察黄连解毒汤对实验性胰岛素抵抗大鼠的血脂[甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、载脂蛋白A1(apoA1)、载脂蛋白B(apoB)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)]、骨骼肌组织甘油三酯(mTG)、糖耐量(OGTT)、空腹血糖(FBG)、血清胰岛素(INS)及体重的变化,用ELISA方法检测血清瘦素和抵抗素的含量。结果与模型组比较,黄连解毒汤组大鼠血清TC、TG、apoB、FFA、mTG及FBG水平均明显降低,而HDL-C与apoA1水平显著升高,OGTT改善,大鼠体重减轻,瘦素和抵抗素明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论黄连解毒汤能调节胰岛素抵抗大鼠脂质代谢,同时能降低瘦素和抵抗素的水平,这可能与其改善胰岛素抵抗有关。
英文摘要:
      ObjectiveTo study effects of Huanglian Jied u Decoction (HJD) on lipid metabolism, leptin and resistin in ins ulin resistive rats. MethodsType 2 diabetes mellitus (D M2) rat model wa s induced by intravenous injection with a low dose of streptozotocin and high fa t and high caloric diet, and randomized into four groups: the model control group, the HJD group, the berberine group and the aspirin group. Meanwhile 16 no rmal rats were assigned as the normal control group. The body weight was observed before and after treatment, total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C), apolipoprotein A1 and B ( apoA1, apoB), free fatty acid (FFA), insulin (INS) in serum, skeletal muscle triglyceride (mTG) in skeletal muscle, and oral glucose toleran ce test (OGTT) and fasting blood glucose (FBG) were detected after 10 weeks of treatment, at the same time, serum levels of leptin and resist in were determined using ELISA. ResultsThe levels of TC , TG, apoB, FBG, FFA, mTG, leptin and resistin were obviously lowered, the levels of HDL-C and apoA1 significantly raised, glucose tolerance improved and body weight reduced in insulin resistive rats, as compared with the model control (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusio nThe effects of HJD in lowering lipids, as well as reducing leptin and resistin might be closely correlated w ith its effects in ameliorating insulin resistance.
