| 目的比较氯氮平合并电针穴位治疗与单用氯氮平治疗精神分裂症患者近期疗效。方法90例患者分别用氯氮平合并电针百会、丰隆、后溪和肝腧穴(治疗组45例)和单用氯氮平(对照组45例)治疗,两组每天氯氮平用量均在200~300mg,在治疗前及治疗后2、4、6、8周末进行阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、副反应量表(TESS)评分。结果两组治疗起效时间相当,总有效率治疗组为77.8%,对照组为75.6%,但治疗组躯体不适症状减少,依从性高。结论氯氮平合并电针与单用氯氮平疗效相近,但依从性高,有利于后期巩固治疗。 |

| Objective To compare the short-term curative effect of clozapine (CZ ) and its combination with electroacupuncture (EA) in treating schizophrenia. MethodsNinety schizophrenia patients were rand omly divided into two groups equally: the EA group treated with combination of C Z (200-300 mg/d in mean) and EA, a nd the CZ group treated with CZ alone. The effects of treatment were evaluated with PANSS, CGI and TESS before and at the 2th, 4th, 6th and 8th weekend of the treatment. ResultsThe initiation of effect in the two groups was the same, th e total effective rate was 75% in the EA group and 73% in the CZ group. However, somatic complaint was lower and compliance was higher in the EA group than that in the CZ group respectively. ConclusionWith the effect equal to CZ, combinat ion of CZ and EA shows higher compliance in treating schizophrenia, which would be beneficial in the later stage treatment for consolidation. |
