Comformed with the natural biologica l universal view of “harmony of hu man and nature", the clinical and experimental researches and the achievements o n chrono-medicine for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in recent 10 o dd years were analyzed and summarized, and the problems in the current researche s and the stressed spots of the future research were put forward in this paper.
