| 目的观察药罐疗法治疗慢性喘息型支气管炎迁延期的临床疗效,探讨其对机体免疫功能的影响。方法随机将本病患者77例分为两组,治疗组(40例)用六味地黄丸加穴位药罐(内含自制平喘膏)拔罐治疗,对照组(37例)用六味地黄丸加穴位空罐拔罐治疗,并行治疗3周前后T淋巴细胞亚群、γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素(IL)、免疫球蛋白(Ig)、补体(C3、C4)等指标测定。结果总有效率治疗组(90·0%)优于对照组(59·5%,P<0·01);治疗后两组CD4+、CD4+/CD8+比值、IFN-γ、IL-2、IgM、IgA、IgG、C3、C4水平升高,CD8+、IL-4、IL-10、IgE水平降低(P<0·05或P<0·01),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0·05)。结论穴位药罐拔罐疗法疗效明显优于穴位空罐拔罐疗法,且可显著改善患者细胞免疫及体液免疫功能。 |

| ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of drug cupping therapy （DCT, cupping therapy with Pingchuan Ointment made by the authors themselves in the cups） on chronic asthmatic bronchitis （CAB） during the protracted period, and explore its effect on immune function. Methods Seventy-seven patients were randomly divided into two groups:the treated group （n=40） treated by orally taken Liuwei Dihuang Pill （LDP） and DCT and the control group （n=37） with LDP and common cupping therapy without drug in cups. The changes of T-lymphocyte subset, levels of interferon-γ （IFN-γ）, interleukin （IL）, immunoglobulin （Ig）, complement 3 and 4 （C3 and C4） were detected before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate was higher in the treated group than that in the control group （90.0 vs 59.5, P<0.01）. The levels of CD+4, CD+4/CD+8, IL-2, IFN-γ, C3, C4, IgA, IgG and IgM increased, while the levels of IgE, IL-4, IL-10 and CD+8 decreased after treatment in both groups （P<0.05 or P<0.01）, the improvements were better in the treated group than that in the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion DCT shows better curative effects than that of common cupping therapy without drug, it could improve the cellular and humoral immunity in CAB patients. |
