针对名优中药二次开发过程中普遍存在的问题,提出临床定位的概念,阐明了临床定位在名优中药品种二次开发中的必要性,探索建立了名优中药品种临床定位的确定方法,指出了明确临床定位的关键所在,为名优中成药二次开发的顺利实施奠定了理论基础。

英文摘要:

Aimed at the ubiquitous problems in the secondary development of famous and superior Chinese patent drugs,the concept of clinical orientation is suggested by the authors.Its necessity in secondary development was explained and the method for establishment and confirmation was explored in this paper,which set up a favorable basis for secondary development of famous and superior Chinese patent drugs.
