艾滋病患者在接受高效抗逆转录病毒疗法后,部分患者可以产生免疫重建现象,而影响免疫重建的因素极其复杂,人口学因素、人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)病情阶段、治疗类型、合并感染、基线CD+4T细胞水平、异常免疫激活、相关免疫表型及病原学因素等原因都可能对免疫重建造成影响,中医药对促进免疫重建具有一定作用。本文对以上因素的临床证据做简要归纳,为中医药介入艾滋病免疫重建的研究提供参考。

英文摘要:

Immune reconstitution could be found in part of HIV/AIDS patients after receiving highly active anti-retroviral therapy(HAART).Its influencing factors are very complex.Many factors,such as the demographic factor,stage of HIV disease,pattern of therapy,sort of co-infections,baseline of CD+4 T-cell count,abnormal immune activation,related immune phenotype,and virologic factors,all could influence the immune reconstitution.In view of Chinese medine(CM) may play a positive role in this process,the clinical evidences for above-mentioned factors were summed up briefly in this paper for providing reference to the future studies on immune reconstitution with intervention of CM.
