本文强调了体质因素对艾滋病的重要影响。艾滋病是人体感染人免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)而致的一种获得性免疫缺陷综合征,以免疫功能的下降或缺失为主要特征,具有很强的传染性和极高的病死率,是目前临床重点防治的一种疾病。体质不仅对艾滋病患者的免疫功能有重要的影响,而且对艾滋病的发生发展和预后转归都有重要的作用。从体质的角度来探讨艾滋病的中医药防治,对艾滋病的临床和科研工作都有一定的借鉴意义。

英文摘要:

The significant effects of constitutional factor on AIDS were addressed.Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS),caused by HIV,is mainly characterized as decreased immune function or immune deficiency.It has strong infectiousness and higher mortality,so it is one of the diseases that attract great attention to clinical prevention and treatment.The constitution not only exerts significant effect on the immune function of patients with AIDS,but also plays important roles in the development,prognosis,and outcomes of AIDS.Therefore,it is of great referential significance in both clinical and scientific studies of AIDS by exploring Chinese medicine prevention and treatment of AIDS from the angle of constitution.
