| 目的观察痹祺胶囊(BQC)联合甲氨喋呤(MTX)治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的临床疗效,探讨中西医结合治疗类风湿关节炎的有效方案。方法将138例RA患者随机分为Ⅰ组(44例,BQC治疗)、Ⅱ组(46例,MTX治疗)和Ⅲ组(48例,BQC加MTX治疗)。每组均治疗12周。分别观察各组治疗前后关节疼痛程度、压痛关节数、关节压痛指数、肿胀关节数、关节肿胀指数、双手握力、晨僵时间和实验室相关指标[血沉(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)]、类风湿因子(RF)],并记录发生的不良反应。结果 3组治疗后的关节疼痛程度、压痛关节数、关节压痛指数、肿胀关节数、关节肿胀指数、双手握力、晨僵时间、ESR、CRP、RF与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),且Ⅲ组优于Ⅰ、Ⅱ组(P<0.01);3组间疗效比较,Ⅲ组疗效优于Ⅰ、Ⅱ组(P<0.01)。3组不良反应均为胃肠道不适,因症状较轻,不影响治疗,未处理。结论 BQC治疗RA有一定的临床疗效,不良反应发生率低;BQC加MTX治疗RA的临床疗效明显优于单用BQC或MTX,并可减少MTX的不良反应,具有减毒增效作用;提示BQC加MTX是治疗RA的有效方案。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical effects of Biqi Capsule(BQC) combined with methotrexate(MTX) for treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA),and to study an effective protocol of RA treated by integrative medicine.Methods One hundred and thirty-eight patients with RA were randomly assigned to Group Ⅰ(44 cases,treated by BQC),Group Ⅱ(46 cases,treated by MTX),and Group Ⅲ(48 cases,treated by BQC combined with MTX).The therapeutic course for each group was 12 weeks.The degree of joint pain,the tender joint number,the tender joint index,the swollen joint number,the swollen joint index,the two-hand grip,the morning stiffness time,and related laboratory indices were observed in each group before and after treatment.The adverse reactions were recorded.Results Compared with before treatment,there was statistical difference in the degree of joint pain,the tender joint number,the tender joint index,the swollen joint number,the swollen joint index,the two-hand grip,the morning stiffness time,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C-reactive protein(CRP),and rheumatoid factor(RF) in the 3 groups(P<0.05,P<0.01).Besides,better results were obtained in Group Ⅲ(P<0.01).As for the inter-group therapeutic efficacy,better results were obtained in Group Ⅲ(P<0.01).The gastrointestinal discomfort was the only adverse reaction in the 3 groups.No treatment was given due to its milder symptoms without any effects on the treatment.Conclusions BQC showed favorable effects on treating RA with no obvious adverse reaction.BQC combined with MTX showed better clinical efficacy than use of BQC or MTX alone.It could reduce the adverse reactions of MTX.BQC combined with MTX could reduce the toxic reactions and enhance the therapeutic effects,indicating it was an effective treatment program for RA. |
