| 目的 研究细支气管肺泡细胞癌（bronchioloalveolar carcinoma，BAC）中医证型与1型T细胞辅助细胞/2型T细胞辅助细胞（Th1/Th2）的相关性。方法 60例BAC患者按照中医辨证分为气阴两虚证组和气滞痰瘀证组，每组30例；同期收集肺部结节体检良性者30例设为对照组。运用胸腔镜技术检测3组肿瘤组织γ干扰素（INF-γ）、白细胞介素4（IL-4）、白细胞介素2（IL-2）及白细胞介素5（IL-5）含量。结果 Th1（INF-γ、IL-2），对照组>气滞痰瘀证组>气阴两虚证组（P<0.05）；Th2（IL-4、IL-5），气阴两虚证组>气滞痰瘀证组>对照组（P<0.05）；Th1/Th2（INF-γ/IL-4，IL-2/IL-5），对照组>气滞痰瘀证组>气阴两虚证组（P<0.05）。结论 BAC患者肿瘤组织较良性结节体检者组织，Th1功能低下，Th2功能亢进；BAC中医证型与Th1/Th2存在一定相关性，实证患者细胞免疫较强，Th1/Th2左偏；虚证患者则偏向于体液免疫，Th1/Th2右偏。 |

| Objective To study the relationship between Chinese medical syndrome types of bronchioloalveolar carcinoma （BAC） and Th1/Th2. Methods Totally 60 BAC patients were syndrome typed as qi and yin deficiency syndrome （QYDS） and qi stagnation and phlegm-blood stasis syndrome （QSPSS）， 30 cases in each group. Meanwhile， 30 subjects with benign pulmonary nodules were recruited as the control group. The contents of interferon-γ （INF-γ）， interleukin 4 （IL-4）， IL-2， and IL-5 were detected using thoracoscopic technique. Results As for Th1（INF-γ and IL-2），it was ranked from high to low as the control group>the QSPSS group>the QYDS group （P<0.05）. As for Th2（IL-4 and IL-5），it was ranked from high to low as the QYDS group>the QSPSS group>the control group （P<0.05）. As for Th1/Th2（INF-γ/IL-4，IL-2/IL-5），it was ranked from high to low as the control group>the QSPSS group>the QYDS group （P<0.05）. Conclusions Compared with the tissue of benign nodules， Th1 function in tumor tissue of BAC patients was weaker and Th2 function stronger. Chinese medical syndrome types of BAC had correlation with Th1/Th2. Patients of excess syndrome had stronger immunity with Th1/Th2 shifting left，while those of deficiency syndrome were predispose to humoral immunity with Th1/Th2 shifting right. |
