中文摘要:
      消化心身疾病是一组以脑肠互动异常为特点的消化系统疾病,其发病与生理、精神心理及社会因素相关。该类疾病发病率高,易反复发作,患者反复就医,加重了医疗经济负担。结合临床实践,笔者认为消化心身疾病的共性病机涉及“神明之枢失衡(脑)”“胃肠腑气失调(肠)”两方面,即脑肠共病,故提出“脑肠同调”治法。笔者认为临床中用于治疗消化心身疾病的辛开苦降调枢(脑)法、温肾健脾调枢(脑)法、健脾理气(疏肝)法、通腑调神法、心胃同治法均是脑肠同调。本文从临床和基础两方面论证了上述疗法为同时作用于脑、肠,希望能为脑肠同调的提出与临床推广提供理论依据。
英文摘要:
      Digestive psychosomatic diseases characterized by abnormal brain-gut interaction, and their pathogenesis is related to physiological, psychological and social factors. This type of disease are highly prevalent,often recurrent,and patients seek medical treatment repeatedly, increasing the medical economic burden.Combined with clinical practice,the authors believe that the common pathogenesis of digestive psychosomatic diseases involves “spirit pivot(brain) imbalance ” and “gastrointestinal qi disorder(intestine)”,namely,brain-gut comorbidity,so the treatment method of “brain-gut co-regulation” is put forward. The author deem that the following treatment rules all belong to brain-gut coordination in the clinical treatment of digestive psychosomatic diseases. Such as pungent dispersing and bitter descending and regulating the pivot (brain) method,Shen warming Pi Strengthening and regulating the pivot (brain) method,Pi Strengthening and qi regulating (soothing Gan),dredging the viscera and regulating the mind,simultaneous treatment of Xin and stomach. This paper demonstrates from both clinical and basic aspects that the above-mentioned therapy acts on the brain and intestine at the same time, hoping to provide a theoretical basis for the proposal and clinical promotion of brain-gut coordination.
